So much texture in this card!! The Coastal Weave 3D Embossing Folder #151503 was inked on the inside under the LOGO before adding Crumb Cake card stock. This method REALLY POPS the design!

The pineapple top was sponged with Garden Green ink on Garden Green card stock. The Pineapple is Crushed Curry color.

The Timeless Tropical Bundle #153811 is fun and summery! This is a great friendship or Birthday card!

The base card is Seaside Spray. The wash on Watercolor Paper is Seaside Spray and Highland Heather inks applied with an Aqua Painter #103954. The lovely fern image is stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink. The sweet trim is Purple Posy 1/2" Scalloped Linen Ribbon.

This card base is Soft Sea Foam. The wash colors are Soft Sea Foam and Seaside Spray on Watercolor Paper. The fern is stamped in Pretty Peacock ink, and the trim is Seaside Spray 1/2" Scalloped Linen Ribbon.

What is "PAPER PIECING?" It's similar to quilting with paper. Designer papers are cut and put together to create a design. These polka dot high heels are a perfect example!! Each shoe was stamp on polka dot paper and again on yellow paper from the Best Dress 6 X 6" Designer Series Paper #151319. Then they were die cut and fussy cut to create the two colors on a single shoe to look like fun contrasting shoe lining!!

I needed a peaceful card and this Beautiful Moments Stamp Set #151677 was the perfect solution!

This image is so thoughtful and calm. It looks breezy so I chose the Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder #151474 for the layer because of the swirls. The designer paper is Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper #149100 with soft flowers.

The base card is Petal Pink. Black would be too harsh so I chose Crumb Cake Ink Pad.

How cute are these overalls created with the All Dressed Up Dies #151665 that made the "purses" in my last post?!?!?!? I cased this adorable idea from Australian Demonstrator Michele Jutrisa. Michele has a 26 minute video you can view. I just had to make the coveralls with the From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper #151189!

Cut off the bottom and side panel of the die cut purse, then cut a "V" to create two legs using the simple measurements above. 

Here is the backside so you can see how I crossed the two die cut straps.

ALL dies used are in the All Dressed Up Dies #151665. What a cute baby card, baby Valentine, toddler birthday or farmer card!! Just change the color!

Here is a clever idea using Pressed Petal Specialty Washi Tape #149585! I was inspired by Demonstrator, Su Mohr.

Lightly mark the shape of the plain heart punch from Heart Punch Pack of 2 layering hearts #151292. Starting from the TOP of the heart shape, fill in the image by overlapping the self-adhesive Washi Petals. Punch out the completed shape and layer onto a scalloped heart punched from Rose Glimmer Paper #146960. 

These tiny tumbling hearts are punched with the Dog Builder Punch #148543.

I love the simplicity and shimmer of this sweet card!! Use it for Valentine, Birthday, Engagement, Wedding, Anniversary or Baby!

TIPS for an exquisite sunrise or sunset on hand stamped cards:

   *Use Shimmery White Card Stock #101910 and Sponge Daubers #133773

   *Add saturated color to the card stock by collecting water based ink from an ink pad and SCRUBBING the ink all the way across the card with a dauber.

   *For blended colors for the sky, OVERLAP the colors.

   *Stamp silhouetted images on the finished base with BLACK ink

   *Color in any open areas that should be silhouetted using a water based BLACK marker

   *Layer onto a BLACK card base to pop colors

   *PRACTICE & EXPERIMENT

Use plenty of ink, loading your dauber multiple times!

Any highlights, like on this gazebo roof, can be filled in with a black marker to create a true silhouette.
