I laughed out loud when I first saw this FREE Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set called HEY, CHICK!! So, I had to see how CRAZY I could make it!! I used Stampin' Up!'s NEW Watercolor Pencils on Shimmery White Cardstock and achieved silliness!! The base is a 3-1/2" X 5" notecard. The background paper is Playful Palette Designer Series 6X6" STACK.
TIP: GROUND your image by adding a muted horizontal line. It keeps your image from appearing to "float" in the air! It's simple.
