Your Holiday cards should be in the mail. Now it's time to wrap gifts! My friend and Team member, Michelle Miller, used the Delicate Baubles Dies #156383 to create these fast gift tags!! The colors are Gorgeous Grape and Shaded Spruce.
For these smaller tags, Michelle used the Giving Gifts Dies #156563. These versatile tags could also be used as tree ornaments - especially if your pet or toddler is intrigued by the tree decorations! Tie these cute tags on holiday food items you give!
Last ship last for Christmas delivery is Dec. 13th!
EXTRA SPECIAL post!! I just finished this flannel rag strip quilt for my second granddaughter, Carly Rose, due in the next 2 weeks! It was sooo fun to make!! Of course I had to create a coordinating card for my treasured gift!! Can't wait to meet precious Carly!!
For this card, I used the same colors from the quilt, cut in strips like the quilt. They were a little too bright so I softened them with a sheet of VELLUM. The letters are Playful Alphabet Dies #152706, popped up with Foam Adhesive Sheets #152815.
This is the quilt and coordinating card I made 4 years ago for #1 Granddaughter, sweet Lily! The nursery theme was "You are my Sunshine."
Maxie Boy wanted in on the photo shoot, too! He posed so nicely!!
My next post is a VIDEO using the versatile Playful Alphabet Dies!! Don't miss it!
Barb Faulkner, friend & team member, created this ADORABLE Holiday ornament using Snow Globe Shaker Domes #150442! She stamped the happy snowman from Snowman Season Stamp Set #150458 on two sides of Whisper White card stock cut to the size of the Dome base. After adding Snowflake Sequins #150443 to the Domes, attaching a twine hanger, she attached a dome to both sides of the Whisper White card stock. Domes are self-adhesive! This is a quick, inexpensive little gift for teacher, neighbor or co-worker!!
Thanks for sharing, Barb Faulkner!

Colorful Wreath created with "See a Silhouette" Designer Series Paper.
A beautiful card featuring "Perennial Essence" Designer Series Paper.
Your rubber stamps can create an eye catching home decor frame! I was thinking Autumn when I made this as a GIFT! The sentiment is heat embossed in Copper.
The flowers are from Daisy Lane Bundle with Punch #151118 and To a Wild Rose Bundle with Dies #151073. The background check is the In Color 6X6" Designer Series Papers for 2019-2020.
Need a sweet little gift? This is the perfect, never-wilt flower arrangement! I found "cheese shakers" at a big box store for $1.53. The holes in the lid are perfect for 5 Daisies attached to floral wire. I stamped the Daisy, sponged the centers, punched out. QUICK 'n EASY!!
The color is Powder Pink for both cardstock and ink. The "messy bow" is made of Night of Navy 5/8" Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon attached to a floral wire.
Tip: keep your floral wires short to form a mound. I used 6" of floral wire for each Daisy. These sweet vases would be perfect for a party favor, hostess gift, birthday gift, get well gift, sympathy gift, baby gift for the nursery, ETC!! TRY IT!!
Daisy Delight Bundle p. 127
16 photopolymer images & 1 punch
Shari Wicks, my friend and team member from Florida, made this FESTIVE Curled Paper Wreath using the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper. It's ADORABLE!!
The strips are 1/2" wide and curled from the center out using a bone folder. Shari used this video as her source: Kristin
This CLEVER idea could be made up for any season!! TRY IT!!
Cane Candy Lane
Designer Series Paper
12 double-sided sheets of 12X12"
The golden leaves of AUTUMN are right around the corner!! Well...maybe not here in Florida! This creation is a study in contrasts: shiny vs. rough textures AND rich vs. rugged. Base cardstock color is Cajun Craze.
The die cut layer of burlap is actually 1-1/4" Burlap Ribbon. I cut off the stitched edges of the burlap ribbon and then attached it to Crumb Cake Cardstock with Tape & Tear. It is a bit thick to die cut with the Deco Labels Collection Framelits, so run thru the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine twice and use a shim if necessary.
I carried the golden theme thru to the envelope lining using the Envelope Liners Framelits. This classic Vintage Leaves BUNDLE saves you 15%!

Isn't this SWEET?!?! My friend and fellow demonstrator, Peggy Taylor, created this lovely home decor! The pink BOW just POPS this design! Pink and Black are sooo striking together. Peggy used the STACKED WITH LOVE Designer Series Stack #137779 and two punches: the Sweetheart Punch #133786 and the Bow Builder Punch #137414. Thanks for sharing, Peggy!
"Look dear, Tami sent me this awesome heart!" Hubby, "Are those bottle caps? I haven't had a beer in months. I think I'll have one." LOL Not the reaponse I expected about this lovely creation from my upline Tami Waddell in California!
LOTS of detail and variety in this design! Hubby did offer me his beer cap for creating...I declined because it smelled...like beer - ick!
I'm not going to attempt to list all the supplies. Just get out your reds, pinks, and hearts and start creating! Don't forget the NEW Soda Pop Tops from Stampin' Up!'s Spring Catalog - they DON'T smell like beer!! CHEERS!!
We recently took a Christmas HOME TOUR in our city of Punta Gorda. It was the home of our fellow Punta Gorda Boat Club friends. Santa Claus (the homeowner) greeted us in the driveway with a candy treat.
Mrs. Claus gave the tour indoors, featuring SIX themed Christmas Trees.
The tub was full of snowfolks bathing in packing-peanut bubbles!
This tree was uniquely decorated in lovely vintage ladies hankies!
This was everyone's FAV tree...
THE REDNECK TREE!!
The REDNECK TREE was decorated with SPAM cans, MT. DEW, bobbers, sling-shots, beer cans, Cheetos, Rabbit's foot key chain, Tinfoil, dog chain, ETC., ECT!!! Most items were old or vintage. SO creative!!
Not sure when they had time to sleep??????????? They also decorated their backyard, dock and boat! It was a FUN tour. I'm sooo glad "I" don't have to take it all down after the season ends!
Here's a great quick little LUMINARY for a neighbor gift or a special person in a Nursing Home. NO CANDLE needed.
Cut out a box using Red Glimmer Paper and the Fancy Favor Bigz XL Die. Stamp JOY on Vellum Cardstock using Jet Black StazOn Ink and let it dry.
Working from the back for better visibility, punch out a window using the 2-3/8" Scallop Circle Punch centered on a large panel of the box.
Before building the box, attach the stamped vellum to the inside panel with Sticky Strip.
Build the box with Sticky Strip for great holding power! Insert a flickering BATTERY tea light.
Lovely!! Your gift is ready. Try this quick idea!

Paper flowers were on display everywhere at Stampin' Up! Convention 2012! These were very impressive! Just look at the variety!
The basket holding the flowers was made of woven cardstock. What lovely framed everlasting flowers! A masterpiece! Stop in tomorrow when the NEW Holiday Catalog begins!
Did you wonder just WHAT to do with the Dresden Designs Die in the Occasions Mini Catalog? Here are two sweet ideas from Leadership displays! I think the butterfly design is particularly unique! These pillows are created with Twitterpated Designer Fabrics and Twitterpated Buttons. LOVELY, CHARMING!
Have you noticed Yo Yos are back? I have made hundreds of them in my lifetime and always hated cutting those circles one-at-a-time. I wanted to do a Yo Yo project and knew my FABULUOS Big Shot would be a huge time saver! I used the 3 1/2" circle die and laid my Stampin' Up! fabrics on the die in a zig-zag fashion. I cut about 6 at a time - SO EASY, SO FAST!!
Next, simply fold the edge of the circle 1/4" in toward center, taking even 1/8" stitches around the entire edge. Pull snug and knot. They go fairly fast!
Finger press flat with the gathering centered. Stop back tomorrow to see what I used my Yo Yos to create!!
This is an olde Yo Yo Doily I enjoy in my Stamp Room. I'm guessing from the fabrics that it was made in the 1940's. It's a shabby chic compliment to my Pool Party colored office! See ya tomorrow!!
Let's make some FUN, COLORFUL magnets using the very versatile Big Shot! You will need 10"X10' aluminum flashing from the roofing department of a big box hardware store. I chose three cans of Rustoleum Ultra Cover spray paint in colors that coordinated with my Stampin' Up! brads: Key Lime, Paprika, and Lagoon. The Stampin' Up! Craft and Rubber Scissors easily cut through the flashing. After painting the aluminum, I cut lots of pieces with the FUN FLOWERS Die and my Big Shot. Some I embossed with assorted embossing folders. The Crop-A-Dile is the perfect punch for the center (or use the piercing tool and mat) to add a colorful brad. I used Stampin' Up! Self-Adhesive Magnet Sheets on the back - very simple.
I LOVE the results! Do you?? These are great little "thinking of you" gifts! Get your BIG SHOT NOW and you can choose two FREE Sale-A-Bration Promotional items!!
Here is a 3-D hanging bird I created using the Elegant Bird Die and my very handy Big Shot! There is a wing on BOTH sides. I spray painted aluminum flashing, cut with the Big Shot and then embossed the wings with an embossing folder. This bird will find a place in my potted plants - it's all aluminum and will not rust! Try it! Come back in the near future for MORE aluminum creations - I've been "PLAYING!"
I've been "PLAYING" with a different medium! San Antonio Leadership had a demonstration booth with Linda Barnes making aluminum garden stakes that took my eye. From a big box hardware store I purchased 10"X10' Aluminum flashing (for roofing) and a roll end piece of copper wire ( a compromise because I needed 12 gauge hanging wire which they didn't have.)
I cut and spray painted a couple of 6" pieces of the flashing. I used Beautiful Butterflies Die and my Big Shot to cut two butterflies. Then I cut a Scallop Squares Duo Die with unpainted flashing. Works great and does not damage the steel rule dies! I ran all 3 pieces through embossing folders with my Big Shot to add texture. The Crop-A-Dile easily punched holes for hanging. I put a butterfly on BOTH sides of the Scallop Square then added a Crystal Bauble for BLING!
Hubby helped me bend the copper into a stake for hanging. I'll be getting some 12 gauge hanging wire in the near future.
What do you think? I love a little BLING in my garden and plan to make other designs!! The Big Shot is SOOOO versatile! If you purchase a BIG SHOT Die Cutting Machine from me now during Sale-A-Bration Promotion, you can select two free items from the Sale-A-Bration Flyer! Click to see/purchase the Big Shot.
This heart-warming frame was created by my demonstrator friend Barb F. of South Beloit, Il as a class project. Hanging in my Florida stamp room, it's a sweet reminder of winter. Images are from "Snow Much Fun" and "Jolly Bingo Bits" Stamp Sets.
For the red rhinestones on the ice skates, just use a permanent marker and color the rhinestones before removing from the backing sheet. Blot and attach.
Silver Glimmer Paper punched with the Snowflake Punch adds glitz!! A very charming creation, Barb!!
This precious quilt was created with Stampin' Up! Twitterpated Designer Fabric and Stampin' Up! Dresden Designs Die for the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine.
What a goreous creation! See the darling Stampin' Up! Riding Hood Red PLEATED SATIN RIBBON? Several demonstrators at Leadership told me it wash up just great - good to know! Leadership Display item.
This frilly frame took my eye at Leadership Conference! What a lovely gift for lucky Maddie! Have you noticed how papercrafting reflects apparel styles! So chic!
The NEW Sweet Pressed Cookie Stamps are HOT!!! Create in the kitchen.
Order #125152 for $16.95. Order by Dec. 14th for Christmas delivery! A very creative gift idea!
These two festive stockings made with the Holiday Stocking Die are going overseas to our little grand-nephews. Because of their longggg travels, I decorated them with their names cut from Naturally Serif Die instead of a thick embellishment. The boys can hang them on the Christmas tree.
I used Letters to Santa Designer Series Papers. These stockings open for a holiday greeting and fit into a 5X7 envelope. Off to the Post Office.
Isn't this paper stocking sweet? I created it using the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine and Stampin' Up!'s exclusive "Holiday Stocking" Die! I enlarged it so you could see the details on the green cardstock. You can cut multiples of cardstock OR fabric, making creating fast! Here I used Frostwood Lodge Designer Series Paper - love the plaids. They remind me of fuzzy warm flannel fabrics!
I embellished with a Pleated Medallion, Red Glimmer Paper, Button and Glimmer Brad - all from Stampin' Up! We have it all and you can purchase now. The holidays are right around the corner - YIKES!

The Pleated Medallions is a fast embellishment when created with Stampin' Up!'s NEW Simply Scored tool. May Santa fill your stocking with "PEACE FOR ALL!"
Stampin' Up!'s EXCLUSIVE "Perfect Pennant" Bigz Die was used by Tami Waddell to make this darling FALL banner. The letters are the New "Letter It" stamp set.
Spice Cake Designer Series Paper adds color and pattern. Spice Cake Designer Fabrics and Buttons are the perfect embellishment! Stampin' Up! offers wonderful coordination across product lines!!
Isn't this box darling and HANDY storage for all your handmade cards?? This Card Keeper is a brand NEW item in the Holiday Mini Catalog - just in time to fill with cards and give as a holiday gift!
