I personalized a gift for my granddaughter, Lily!! I coordinated the card image to the fabric print!! The card is made with the versatile Beautiful Day Stamp Set #151257!!

Next, I added "Butterfly Confetti" made w/ the Butterfly Duet Punch #148523. I included a pre-addressed, pre-stamped blank card and asked Lily to "make me a butterfly card!" She loves crafts! This was such a fun project to create, and I bet it will deliver SMILES!!

This card was colored with Stampin' Up! Blends: Highland Heather Combo and Lovely Lipstick Combo. I added Wink of Stella glitter pen on the wings for SPARKLE!

Barb Faulkner, friend & team member, created this ADORABLE Holiday ornament using Snow Globe Shaker Domes #150442! She stamped the happy snowman from Snowman Season Stamp Set #150458 on two sides of Whisper White card stock cut to the size of the Dome base. After adding Snowflake Sequins #150443 to the Domes, attaching a twine hanger, she attached a dome to both sides of the Whisper White card stock.  Domes are self-adhesive! This is a quick, inexpensive little gift for teacher, neighbor or co-worker!!

Do you recognize this Designer Paper?? It's MONSTER BASH DESIGNER SERIES PAPER #150447! It's PERFECT!

This is a 4 x 4" Gate Fold card: cut base card 11 x 4" and then score at 2, 3-3/4, 7-1/4, and 9". This fits in a Stampin' Up! medium envelope. (Don't use a square envelope because it's extra US postage.)

The realistic bunny is colored with Stampin' Up! Blends alcohol markers: Light Smoky Slate and Ivory. To create the snow, I dotted on SNOWFALL ACCENT PUFF PAINT #150691 and sprinkled it with ICE STAMPIN' GLITTER #150445. Then I heated the puff paint with a heat tool and the glitter adhered. You can also adhere the glitter with SHIMMERY CRYSTAL EFFECTS #150892.

Sentiment is from MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL #147702. This is the perfect holiday card for a nature lover!! TRY IT!

When I first saw the Snowfall Accents Puff Paint #150691 in the Holiday Catalog, I thought of these Cotton stalks in the Country Home Stamp Set #147678. It's the PERFECT touch of fluffy texture!

The little bottle of magic, puffs up like: snow, cotton, lamb's wool, clouds or whipped cream!!

Experiment and practice before using this product on your finished design. For larger areas, you can apply the puffing liquid right from the tip of the bottle. I wanted small cottony puffs on my card so this worked well for me;

    1. SHAKE bottle.

    2. Apply a small puddle on scrap paper.

    3. Use a toothpick to dot liquid in small areas. Use less than you think because it will expand.

    4. Heat with a Heat Tool to puff. It grows as it puffs! LOTS OF FUN!!

The background is one piece of Mercury Glass Designer Acetate #150441 cut 5-1/2 X 4-1/4", then diagonally to make two cards. Old Olive card base.

Cajun Craze card base. Coloring is done with the amazing Stampin' Up! BLENDS alcohol markers! Try it!

Beautiful Day Stamp Set #145915 is my favorite stamp set for using Stampin' BLENDS alcohol marker. I love it's simple boldness. 

I do not claim to be an artist, but using BLENDS gives me satisfaction! I color each flower petal individually. My method is color the entire petal with the light shade. Second, add the shading with the darker marker. Last, go over the edge where the light and dark meet with the light shade to soften. I used the Highland Heather Combo Pack of Blends Markers #147276.

This is a nice "all-purpose" card to have on hand for many occasions! TRY IT!

As promised, more of my favorite OnStage swaps from last week. This unique layout caught my eye! Jo Ann Harris created this card using Peaceful Poinsettia Bundle #149962, New Blackberry Bliss Cardstock and Blends Markers.

It's BLACK MAGIC Technique! How do you color on black cardstock?? #1 Heat emboss the image in White Embossing Powder. #2 Grab your BLENDS, alcohol markers, and start coloring the embossing. Easy and Impressive!

The Stamp Set is called Graceful Garden #143849. I hadn't used this technique in a long time and my demonstrator friend Shari Wicks reminded me about it again. It's always a WOW!! Try it!

I'm not good at watercoloring. I really enjoy my BLENDS alcohol markers, though.  The color goes on smooth without streaking. The DUO shades make shading easier for me. I actually LIKE open image stamp sets now, that need coloring. It's relaxing!

Country Home Stamp Set #147678 has been a joy for me! It's seasonal and homey! I LOVE the NEW Granny Apple Green Blends Duo #147274  on the olde metal pitcher!! It's a FUN FLASH of color!

TIP: see the black line behind the pitcher? It "grounds" the image. Without the line, the image "FLOATS!" Amazing what a simple line can do for your image!!

Such a HAPPY fellow because he is surrounded by HAPPY COLORS of Real Red and Granny Apple Green! This is an easy format: simply cut 1" off the right front edge of your basic card. That piece becomes the banner by tucking 1" under the inside Whisper White layer and folding back over the front! PRESTO!

This arrow shows where the 1" banner tab is tucked under the inside white layer.

Blends were used to color the Spirited Snowman #148072. Time to start those Christmas cards!
