Cut a base card of Cherry Cobbler color 5-1/2 X 5-1/4" and score at 1" on the short side. For the card front, cut designer paper 5-1/4 x 4". This is an easy card and an efficient designer paper cut. The black strip is 5-1/4 x 3/4" and embossed with the NEW Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder #164049 coming Sept. 4th!

This cute little Birthday card, using Country Birdhouse Bundle #163401 uses a Partial Cut of the die. Do you know what that is?? When die cutting, place the birdhouse die on top of a folded card and put the left roof edge OFF THE CARD FOLD. This edge will not be cut.
This picture shows that the left roof did not cut and created a hinge to make a cute note card!! The white rectangle is a place to write your personal message.
This card could also be used as a tie-on tag! Punch a hole and add a narrow ribbon to tie onto a gift! Try it!

What a stately tree! This handmade card uses the online exclusive, Frosted Forest Bundle #164137. This bundle contains a stamp set, coordinating dies and a decorative mask (stencil.) Because this bundle has MORE parts, it offers MORE ways to be creative. This tree uses ONLY the masks. The grass is the pine tree stamp image.
TIP: before you remove the leaf mask, splatter the tree with a dark green marker! This adds another layer of interest.
The tree image and a gold foil layer were cut with the Countryside Corners Dies #161471. This card would be great for a guy! Be sure to check out the Online Exclusives in my online store's menu. There are lots of fun products there!

Today's guest stamper is my friend and team member, Dena Rasmussen from Illinois. Dena demonstrated the Northern Lights Technique at our recent gathering of team members. It's SO IMPRESSIVE! She used the gorgeous online exclusive, Encircled in Nature Bundle #163629.
The tiny stars were created by splattering White Craft Pigment Ink that was diluted with a drop of water. Just lovely! Thanks, for the awesome demonstration and card, Dena!
Designer Series Papers -15% in August
Such a lovely set of dies, Encircled in Nature #163628. This pretty wreath is cut from Blackberry Bliss Card Stock and mounted onto Unbounded Beauty 12X12" Designer Series Paper #163372.
Be sure to used Adhesive Sheets #152334 when cutting narrow shaped dies. This eliminates oozing glue when applying the die cut to the card. It's like magic. Try it!
This beautiful Nests of Winter Bundle is COMING in the Sept-Dec Mini Catalog starting September 4th. This sweet card was created by my friend and team member, Barb Faulkner of Illinois. The layout is an easy fancy fold where the bottom front is cut 1-1/4" short .
