This fun "Z" fold card features the lovely First Frost Bundle #149943. 

Cut the base card 4-1/4" X 11", then score at 5-1/2" and 8-1/2".  For variety, cut the left edge 1/2" short to add the vine border. 

This view shows the "Z" fold. Try it for an interesting format!
