I have a "CHEATER METHOD" for you to try!!
Stamp your open image, like this daisy from Helping ME Grow Stamp Set, onto watercolor paper. Trace over all lines, including the details, using a Stampin' Write Marker. Then fill an Aqua Painter with water and BLEED the color to fill the area.
Here is the result, which I like! Try this using differing amounts of wetness on your Aqua Painter brush!
