I stamped the sled in Early Espresso ink and then used my AquaPainter filled with water to "bleed" the brown ink and color the wood. QUICK & EASY!! The card base is Mossy Meadow color.

Here you can see I die cut the stockings and mantle greenery. I ALSO die cut the brick using the Hearth & Home Thinlits which is a window frame - I snipped out the window panes to modify the window into a fireplace.
And the finished card and envelope - a traditional Christmas theme!

YUM! Nothing like a cup of hot chocolate during a blizzard! I remember those days fondly! That's why this stamp image appeals to me.
I stamped the cup in Basic Grey ink. Then I stamped it again in Real Red ink and cut it out - cutting off the steam and back rim of cup. Using dimensionals I mounted the cup over the grey image, lining up the rim.

Peek out the window! Just think of all the possibilities for scenes! I was fiddling with my brayer and thought these deep colors looked like the last moment before nightfall! The silhouetted birds and branches are from the popular Serene Silhouettes Stamp Set.
Simple and sweet this would be appropriate for many occasional!
This similar card shows the window frame turned sideways with the trim cut off. This is the same piece of brayered background as the card above.

I added subtle background interest with the Softly Falling Embossing Folder.
I also put a shaded leaf inside. Create lovely Autumn color!!

Let's make some colorful Autumn leaves with the awesome Vintage Leaves Bundle! You will need the following:
*Watercolor Paper
*3 Classic Ink Pads: Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie, Crushed Curry
*Aqua Painter filled with water
Next, lightly wet the watercolor paper and apply areas of color - you can even be a little messy about it! I chose to blend the colors into each other. LET DRY completely, then:
*Stamp leaf images onto dry Watercolor Paper using Archival Black Ink
*Die Cut images with the coordinating Leaflets Framelits Dies
Now you have a "pile of leaves to play in!" I mean "with!" LOL
I love all the RANDOM shading that results!!
SO FUN!! I double-matted using Basic Black to accent those black veins in all the leaves! Now look inside-

I've had so much fun creating with Acorny Thank You BUNDLE!! Get it quickly because Autumn is almost here! I love the Woodland Embossing Folder #139673 to pair with the cute acorns!
Here are my tips: on the Woodland background, a used the FINE tip of my Basic Grey Stampin' Write Marker to mark the indentation in the tree branches! Also, I cut the Soft Suede layer 1-3/4" wide, then centered the 2" Circle Punch to remove a space to highlight the acorn! FUN!!
