A punched flower is all I added!

The golden leaves of AUTUMN are right around the corner!! Well...maybe not here in Florida! This creation is a study in contrasts: shiny vs. rough textures AND rich vs. rugged. Base cardstock color is Cajun Craze.
The die cut layer of burlap is actually 1-1/4" Burlap Ribbon. I cut off the stitched edges of the burlap ribbon and then attached it to Crumb Cake Cardstock with Tape & Tear. It is a bit thick to die cut with the Deco Labels Collection Framelits, so run thru the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine twice and use a shim if necessary.
I carried the golden theme thru to the envelope lining using the Envelope Liners Framelits. This classic Vintage Leaves BUNDLE saves you 15%!

I LOVE this SNAPPY look! The SHINY sentiment really POPS it's message! This gloss is EASY to achieve by using Versamark Ink Pad and Clear Embossing Powder. The "secret" is embossing TWO TIMES for maximum smooth, shine!!
How do YOU like this look?? When I'm embossing thinlit words, I usually do several at once. I have a little stock pile of sentiments ready-to-go! TRY THIS!!

Each summer I do a service project - rubber stamping to give back! I have done Operation Write Home most recently, but that organization is no longer accepting cards as of August 1, 2015.
