A very sweet neighbor's birthday calls for a VERY special card! She loves green and she quilts so I created this card with those two elements. Using a 1-1/4" square punch I punched squares out of the lovely International Bazaar Designer Series Papers. I cut the squares diagonally and arranged. I ran the entire layer through the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine with the Lattice Embossing Folder. This step gives the "quilted" effect!
