It's EASY to add shimmer to your paper creations! Stampin' Up! offers three colors of Shimmer Paint: Champagne, Frost White, and Platinum. SHAKE well. Open and fill a sponge dauber in the LID of the jar. A little paint goes a long way. Rub the dauber lightly over your paper. I looks especially lovely on cardstock that has been run through an embossing folder so it has raised designs.
