Gently Falling is a FUN 2-step stamp set of 12! I used a Stampin' Up! clear Acrylic block inked on a Crumb Cake ink pad to create the soft square background - so easy. To make this ruffle, put a strip of Sticky Strip along the very back edge of your card. Then pinch and attach Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding Ribbon to the Sticky Strip. The Stampin' Up! Seam Bindings are soooo flexible and easy to use with this technique.
