I used Stampin' Up!'s Seam Binding ribbon for the horse's mane. Attached it with Sticky Strip, then cut off the long edge and ravelled! Simple!! The youthful background papers are "Just Add Cake" Designer Series Papers. Purchase your supplies HERE and give this a try!
