This is a trendy "SHABBY CHIC" card I designed to swap at convention! I love RIBBON FROSTING, featured here. Apply Sticky Strip powerful adhesive where you want ribbon. Then make tiny pleats and twists as you lay down your ribbon. A soft, supple ribbon works best - I like Stampin' Up!'s Seam Binding Ribbon or Taffeta Ribbon. There are LOTS of colors to coordinate with inks & papers. This is the BEST company...that's why I'm in my 16th year as a demonstrator!!

 
The Ribbon Frosting runs right down a strip of BLACK Lace Ribbon Border Punching. The Red Glimmer Paper embellishment is created with the Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch.
