DelicateDoilies Stamp Set is FULL of detail and femininity. I made a sweet ruffle by attaching Very Vanilla Seam Binding with Sticky Strip to the back of the circle. This cardstock color isn't showing true - it's a soft, lovely aqua called Pool Party, used with Whisper White. Pool Party is very close to the background color of my blog.
